Our claims process
Comprehensive + Timely
One of the pillars of PIC Insurance Brokers success has been the investment we have made in having professional, well trained Claims Managers across our business. As such we are able to provide a comprehensive timely claims service to all our clients. We fundamentally understand that without this capability we will never provide the level of service required.
Licensing Information
PIC Insurance Brokers Limited (FSP39341) is a Financial Advice Provider (FAP) and holds a licence issued by the Financial Markets Authority to provide financial advice. There are no conditions on the license to restrict or limit the advice that may be given.
Claims event advice
We recommend the following in the event of a claim.
Advise PIC Insurance Brokers as soon as possible
Minimise further loss
Immediately take all reasonable steps to minimise the extent of the loss and protect persons and property from further injury/damage or loss.
Do not admit liability
Do not admit fault or take any action which could be considered as an admission of liability.
Fill in a claim form
Digitally or physically fill out our PDF claim form (see bleow) and email it through to claims@pic.co.nz or post it to PO Box 58842, Botany, Auckland 2163
