Basic Claims Procedures

Immediately take all reasonable steps to minimise the extent of the loss and protect persons and property from further injury/damage or loss.
Do not admit fault or take any action which could be considered as an admission of liability.
Advise PIC as soon as possible. Complete a claim form and fax to 09 274 5752. Or contact PIC by other means click here.
